Is my invoice ready for LHDN e-invoicing?

An LHDN e-invoice carries the supplier's TIN, registration number, SST number if SST-registered, MSIC code, business activity, address and contact number, the buyer's TIN, registration number, address and contact number, and each item line with its tax. A PDF invoice is not an e-invoice: it becomes one only when it is submitted to MyInvois and LHDN validates it.

What details must an e-invoice have?
For the supplier: the TIN, the registration number, the SST number if SST-registered, the MSIC code and business activity, the address and a contact number. For the buyer: the TIN, the registration number, the address and a contact number. Then each item line with its tax, and the total.
Does this tool validate my e-invoice with LHDN?
No. It checks what your invoice prints. Only LHDN validates an e-invoice, after you submit it to MyInvois, and a valid e-invoice carries a QR code. A PDF with every detail is still not an e-invoice until then.
What is the TIN format?
A prefix followed by digits, up to 14 characters in total. Companies use C. Individuals use IG: an older SG or OG number keeps its digits with IG in front, so SG123456789 becomes IG123456789.
Is my invoice stored?
No. Your browser turns a PDF into page images and draws a photo again with no location data, and only those page images are sent to Anthropic, Lejar's AI provider, through Cloudflare's AI gateway, to be read. Lejar keeps neither the images nor what was read: only a count of checks, against a one-way hash of your IP address.
How many invoices can I check?
